This type of beer is based on wheat malt, harmoniously combined with barley. Wheat beer differs from other varieties in its softness, thick foam, clove aroma, and a unique strain of yeast that gives the drink a banana flavor. The spicy-fruity character of beer has become popular in Southern Germany and Bavaria. The lush foam and light taste make the filtered drink similar to “wheat champagne”.

Unfiltered beer has malt sediment and a fermented wheat flavor. Currently, there are four variations of the drink, differing from each other in taste and colors.
